You could probably do that without anything illegal honestly scibble, I did. I take pride in telling everyone that I have never taken anything illegal to achieve my results but in the back of my mind I know what I'm taking but they don't

Plus I just came off injury and had lost 5-10lbs in muscle and had only been back for two strong weeks before the cycle.

that may be. although i'm kinda small boned with a runner's physique. but i started before i even had knowledge of this site and just following friends. so i'll see how it goes next week when i come off, and see how my workouts go.

i would say that is overdoing it. i personally would only do one cardio session per day at max. and definitely eat immediately after the cardio session
