    Oh I know this. I got a loooooooooog way. I'm not expecting to be anything outstanding for another 6-10 years once the juice and GH is poping.     right right. but im sayin 5AM-6AM cardio then 6:01am eat then 8:30am eat my pre-wo meal then 9am train which includes 30 mins or cardio is it to close together is what im saying...

    whether is too close or not does not matter, cardio is the act of burning calories, whether u do the 3o mins at night or at that hour ur body will burn the same amount of calories

    Yes I realize that and I've done cardio in the morning then after my training session but needed 3-4 meals personally to be able to go back and train heavy and hard then go into cardio. I guess I'm just a wuss

    Yeah its weird after cardio the first meal is nothing and feels digested within 10 minutes and then meal 2 felt like my actual breakfast so I then just did it like I told you. Did my cardio in the morning had 3-4 meals, trained/cardio/ then had my remaining meals of the day. But whatever works for you bud.
