    I can't squat I have horrible knees, have since I was born. Lack of cartilidge or some shit, I'm not even supposed to run. I've tried squatting and it was a bad scene, knees were f*cked and couldn't walk properly for days. Leg press is my only hope for getting big legs cause I can manage it without dying.

    as long as you don't go lower than 90 degrees (which creates a shear load on the knee), the muscles you build squating help stabilize the knee.

    at first its really weird. But you end getting the balance point.
    Its either that or no squat so that. I cant and wont do regular squet cos of my knees and back vertebras problems.
