Legs
Shoulders Arms

Heavy training all the freakin time, basic movements, wide rep range. 5-20 pretty much thats it

There is a difference b/w over training and over reaching. Over training happens after months and years of it. If you wanna have a professional body you need to train like a professional. Not all this 4 exercises 3 sets for back and all machines. Deadlifts, barbell rows. db rows. wide grip pullups, then a machine to finish. Bunch of vaginas.
