what kind of creatine mono?? because i cant even touch creatine monohydrate, it make even my face get bloated.

im not on cycle now but needed something weather it be placebo or not...

i looked up the raw ingredients to a popular creatine drink and a pop pre workout drink and then went to a web site and ordered bulk powders and mixed them up at my house and put them in little Tupperware bowls.

i got 150 servings of the creatine drink and 50 servings of the pre workout drink all for like 70.00 and i ordered some extra caffeine with that

Alpha Lipoic Acid, 1-2 capsules (taken separately)

Each serving should be 5 teaspoons.

Another thing we alow pictures of almost naked girls and guys but the moment a "violent" video comes out the thread gets locked. We can post almost any kind of graphic picture either if its blood or almost naked people post but the moment someone gets punched in a video the thread gets locked.
