yeah i have been fighting off throwing up since i got done 30 min ago, i would just yak but i dont wanna loose my scoop casein, ww bread slice and 4 eggs and 2 cup milk, thats a lot of nutriants to loose this early in the day

I use nonfat milk. After all the powder and shaking it's sort of warm.

Listen to Meister Voland...here's my secret....you grind the oats.
You put the oat powder into a bowl, add the protein, mix both powders well.
Then put thats combo powder into a big glass and blend it using a tablespoon.
That way it won't get warm even if you use milk but specially if you use cold water. Plus no stupid foam.

A husband and wife were taking a vacation to Miami to unthaw from the cold weather in north dakota. Due to the increase in air travel the couple was forced to take separate flights on separate days.

The husband flew first and when the plane landed and he got checked in he decided to send his wife an email. He didn't notice the he made a spelling error on the email address so it got sent to a widow that had just come back from her husband's funeral.

The widow checked her email because she expected to hear from friends and family. Right after she read the first email she fainted and her son ran into the room and saw his mom then read the screen. The email said: to my dearest wife i have arrived and got checked in, everything is ready for your arrival tomorrow evening at 4:30 can't wait to see you and we ghave some great neighbors.

I pour some milk into a plastic bottle, add powdered oats (powdered in a coffee grinder), shake, add more milk, add protein, shake. No foam, not too chunky, just sort of warm from all the room temperature powders.... It's two good scoops of protein and just as much powdered oats. It's a 600+ calorie shake.

well i just found out that our company laid off our entire NJ shop and closed it down. we are doing piss poor business and they just werent making money. and they also laid off a few guys from OUR shop. like that kid that a few weeks ago i yelled at and he ran away. they laid him off.

im sad.

Sounds good. I guess it gets warm because of the milk (i take for granted you use milk from the freezer), cold water can maintein its coldness more than milk because it has no carbs like milk.

Sad, but employed. Could be worse. Still, that sucks.
