im off the clen bro... now I am just going to take ben for two weeks and then start a 9 week program of clen again... I found my levels that work for me so this time I will start doing that.... im sure this time I will loose more than last time.

as you work closer to your sedired level, might want to think about a longer duration run, it becomes anti-catabolic to muscle tissue after a while, just like ephedrine.

run eca the entire time. longer duration is your best bet with ephedrine.

nope. she doesnt have an office. shes adjunct faculty. works in the field. we try to talk to her, but she just makes 1,000,000 assumptions with our work. no help, and no assistance.

after we return research or any answers, she says, well this should be this... and that should be that... but that's after the fact. never exposing us to that before the said due date.

eca does not allow your receptors to recover from clen ...it smashes the same receptors and then some.

Well im going to run it for 9 weeks...

and I will do ben on week 3 and week 6 or as needed to sleep.

I found out that the clen doesnt do any effect on me until I am running at least 120 a day so I am going to start off there and go up to no more than 200 a day. then go down again as I am finishing my program.
