i go mon/wed/fri
workouts rotate, so chest/tri/trap/abs mon and then again friday
back/bi/legs wednesday, then monday...

every line there is a different day.....but whatever i train monday i also train saturday and it rotates everything every week

I can't imagine myslef lifting heavy and resting less than 2-3 mins.

usually of late i pyramid on most things....been trying to start my pyramids higher though so i have 2 superheavy sets per exercise for the most part.....not like i chince out on the other sets though...make up for lack of weight with reps

it's not uncommon for me to do sets of 50 on stuff like leg extensions and leg press and sets of 30 on pulldowns if i pick too light a weight to start off

dude if i had to train all that at once i'd be at the gym at the very least 3 hours

still you're leaving only one day for your tris to recuperate. Then you hit them directly again on arm day. And you finish them the next day with shoulders.
I won't be able to follow that split.

that is the only issue with it but it's not much of a problem for me.....i only do 1 or maximum 2 pressing movements on shoulder day so it's not a big deal

Man it is just great when someone talks crap in any regard to sports when there are so many factors in the sport.

Even when I was on an undefeated soccer/football team i did'nt get a big head and always aproached the match like we had a chance to lose.
Only now can I look back and talk smack about going 12-1 one year and 13-0 the next.

I just hope this crap with Dana White and the fake wrestling is not the case!

Why would any legitamate MMA outfit want to asociate with fake as you can see wrestling?

The sport is growing fast enough without Kimbo or wrestling factored in.So why the wrestling?
