You're a good guy animal or I wouldn't even say anything. I've only been cycling a little over a year. I was in better shape before then I am now. Just had back injuries and got fat for awhile. Just know all the risks, I would have been too imature at your age to handle steroids . The 130 lb range is the thing that bothers me the most.

now remember. i havent been in the gym for 2 months and havent had money to buy food. so i live off all the girls i date. i raid their fridges. not always healthy!!
but i got back in the gym last week and this week.

Yea definitely...and the thing is, is that my bone structure is sooo small. My growth charts now are very very similar to my dads' and my oldest bro's, so i'm not too far behind for where i SHOULD be..everyone always says 'oh, you're this small, so you're not done growing, or w/e', but its to each his own...you can't say that unless you've seen my charts
but yea, i should post up a pic, i'll do it tonight or tomorrow after workout

yeah i'll ask him to run a bunch of blood tests including liver values (my prescrip raises values), test, sperm (if they can do that thru blood), and w/e else hethinks should be done

i haven't been to the doc in a looong time, krat, i have to get my lever values checked every 6mos due to my meds raising the values...and i want my test checked to see if my past dumb lil dbol cycles, tbol etc have hurt my levels...and also to tell if my varicocele is affecting test production
i also need an anti-anxiety medication

Oh I don't, not on a regular basis at least. Though I'd rather smoke than drink. I feel like shit after a night of drink for a day or so. Its like the moment I drink literally half a beer I can feel my body go into a catabolic state. No shit either

meal one, i replace the eggs with turkey breast, and the three chicken meals have been replaced with sirloin steak, and the last meal isn't ground beef its a cheat meal (which is ok for me lol)
Meal 1 - 5 egg whites (cal 80, pro18), Oats 80g (cal295 carb51 pro12 fat5), 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5). sprinkle cinnamon. TOTALS - Cal 485, carbs 53 pro 50, Fat 6.5
