I woke up with electrodes glued to my head and plugs and wires up my nose and. electrodes on my jaw, mic on my neck, sensor in front of my mouth, electrodes on my chest, and legs. I spent 20min getting ekg paste out of my hair this morning. So, ya...I'd say you most def win today.
BTW I have sleep apnea and have to wear scuba gear to sleep for the rest of my life now, or until someone finds a surgical procedure to fix it. fack.

people who use the machine say they feel awake for the first time in their life.
I never get into full deep sleep, I stop breathing first and wake myself up. It should help quite a bit, and make me feel better. I knew I had it and would need the CPAP machine. It was the result I expected.
Hope my next gf doesn't mind sleeping next to darth vader all night though. I guess it beats the snoring to sleep next to???

Ny ex snored like dying farm animal. Cute little 100lb. blonde chick, too. It still boggles the mind how such a little person could snore so loud.

and as we know.. sleep is main factor in recovery and muscle growth
so imagine your gains now if you actually get 8 solid hours of rest!!!

I have a friend who is an ENT and talked with him at length about different surgical options. He said their is some promising stuff but right now nothing works for apnea except cpap. I think for uvulopalatopharyngoplasty the percentage of people who show significant improvement it's somewhere in the 30-40% range.

I still have to have a follow up visit with the sleep specialist and have them look around in there and see what's going on. I'm guessing I'm going to be darth vader for at least 10 years before clinical results show something as good as cpap.

tren will be good to ya, I saw you've been brewing.
I'm 254, and I think that's a good weight for me, maybe even a little lighter but I want to lower bf another 2 % or so before I'll be happy. It sounds big and I do look pretty big in person but at 6'3'' you need some pounds to look decent.

11-05-2008, 08:51 AM #102358
wow! if i (5'9") weighed even 200 pounds, i'd look massive
-

I stopped weighing myself. I'm not going to again until the end of the year. I decided I need to stop living by the scale.
