    I would personally start with dumbbell incline, incline flyes then go to your flat bb press and end on some cable crossovers. From the pics and where most people tend to lack its there upper chest. Plus incline hits more of the overall chest than flat press. Gives it that full thick look. Db incline has been a staple of my routines for a while. Less pressure on my shoulders for me as well

    when you say do * then go to *, you're talking about in one day, right? you're not saying over time are you. but like sets of dbinc followed by sets of flyes, etc right?

    yep look at my routine in my log I believe that it would be a good routine for anyone to follow. I am just like everyone else and focus on inclines plus I tend to stick to a lot of press movements for my chest

    I don't know your goals scibble but I would just say try my whole routine. maybe take out a exercise for back and chest but keep everything else as is

    i watched this 58 yo guy playfully trash talk and challenge this 28 yo very buff looking dude to a bench match. funny stuff. the old guy won (even though looks less mass) and let the younger guy rack all the weights.

    Scibble I would say go with the dumbbells to workout that out. Never had that problem. Maybe when you do arms do single arm curls and tri pushdowns and start with your weaker arm. sorry i can't be more helpful
