Maybe I should get the bypass surgery and then lose the weight and after that make fun and insult other fat people when I see them........ apperantly thats what people who get the bypass or the lap band do... I over heard some dude at the gym making fun and being rude about this guy who is close to 400 lbs and was doing a cycling session.. That shit just got me mad and ****ing made me lift more weight lol....

Its stupid people who get bypass or lap band shouldnt be talking shit... its sad because this guy has a group of buddies that he works out with and when he left i over heard them saying that he should be the last one to talk shit about fat people because he was fat and if it wouldnt of been for the bypass he would of still been a fat ass.... Thats just funny that his "buddies" would talk shit about him behind his back.

I finally was able to do incline and flat barbell bench press with two 45 LBS plates it was the shits.

Right on Kratos well you have gone a long way man... I am hoping that by May of next year my belly will be close to gone. When I see other chubby people working out at my gym and I see that they look kinda lost on what they have to do I feel like going up to them and telling them that I am more than glad to help but I dont want them to get offended or anything so I rather see if they come up to me and ask me. If they do then I will be more than glad to help them out. FOR FREE!!!

On another note, I was at Target buying some Fish Oil pills because I ran out of them and this guy comes up to me and starts asking me about some pre work out energy drinks... I found it kinda interesting and well good because im sure that if I would of been in that same isle back when I was 347 he wouldnt of asked me about something that had to do with fitness.
