been busy as shit lately. worked a shitton for a couple weeks on top of classes and practice, out of town for a week over thanksgiving, and now have been busting my balls for finals the past couple weeks. now im excited to be free for a month. whats new round here?

first off reed i thought i restricted you to the lounge only. the first half of the sarm info you gave i already stated (not morph) and the second half you jacked. haha. as far as how lean i am my calipers and the handheld thing at work peg me at 12 percent. i started at 10 im lean everywhere except for my handles but im carrying alot of water so who knows?

winny 80 mg ed 1-6 (maybe 8)
drol 100 ed 10-16

gonna try and lean up until rugby season starts, then drop the winny and toss in some drol to get big and strong at the end! im just hoping the drol doesnt kill my endurance too much
