Oh, btw im officially quitting the bb world. I'm going for what i should've done long ago. 3 days a week off caliesthenics and some basics: pull ups, dips, bench press, rows, clean and press and the rests swim. best sport.

yea i sorta figured hgh would be a waste of cash
eh, the cycle is so-so. I feel so ****ing lazy and lethargic and I need to get my diet back in check...i'm gonna kick back into gear either this weekend or monday. its still early, like i said i 'm only in week 4 of 12, so it should be ok, there should be time for good gains
