one thing I learned about real life, it doesn't matter how good you are if you're that much of a pain in the ass to deal with.
plus the liability of a doc on narcs practicing medicine, no way

and lets not forget the kicker, his type of doctoring doesn't make the hospital piles of money. There was a case of a spine surgeon a few years back who was a coke head. It was very likely the hospital administration knew about his problem. But, the guy was an operating horse, he'd do 3 x 360 fusions back to back. He was making the hospital millions.

it wasnt necessarily spring break. she went to a spa resort and then a cruise. its a lot of couples and stuff. her and her girl are there instead of her and i. i asked her if her friend was any competition for me and i got teh big hell no.
