psh, in real life that dude would have been fired long ago
one thing I learned about real life, it doesn't matter how good you are if you're that much of a pain in the ass to deal with.
plus the liability of a doc on narcs practicing medicine, no way

and lets not forget the kicker, his type of doctoring doesn't make the hospital piles of money. There was a case of a spine surgeon a few years back who was a coke head. It was very likely the hospital administration knew about his problem. But, the guy was an operating horse, he'd do 3 x 360 fusions back to back. He was making the hospital millions.

it wasnt necessarily spring break. she went to a spa resort and then a cruise. its a lot of couples and stuff. her and her girl are there instead of her and i. i asked her if her friend was any competition for me

actually that why if you're an orthopedic or neurosurgeon, you CAN be a major pain in the ass and get away with it.

I saw one D-bag doc pull off his headlight and not only chuck it against the wall, but the light box that goes with it. Those things are like 20 grand. He just felt like throwing a little fit cause SPD was taking their sweet time sending some insturments up.
