    Yeah do something worth while MickeyD's wouldn't be worth it.... and I know how strict you and Nark are with your diets.... I cheat at the moment twice a week... yes not necessary but what the hell hasn't fukked me up while bulking yet or made me fat...... its usually with the gf so I'm kinda forced into it and I'm not looking for a beat down

    yeah i was 220.0 tonight, on the head. i have top 4 abs for sure. but i do look kinda soft around my waist/hips. but my arms and legs look decently lean. i havent had the bf% tested in a few weeks but i'm guessing 10-12%.

    i have really been looking into a cycle. but i dont know how much size i want to gain... and when/if i want to run one. my ideal size is about 10lbs heavier and leaner. 235lbs @ 6-8% maybe.

    thats perfect for summer. u could do some serious leaning out by late may... when it really counts. morning cardio EVERY morning, cycle those carbs on non workout days, and hit up a few sprinting routines on off days. GOLDEN.

    i have really slowed in my gains, even at 430g of carbs for 4 days straight. i think my body needs a rest so im thinking of running a recomposition diet for 2-3 months.

    I'm 235 in the morning and 240 at night...... still around 10% maybe a little lower... Got all my abs showing and very vascular.... Need to be 270 gooddamnit

    heres some messed up shit about me. when i first cut, back in mid 2005. i decided to do a bulk after, first one ever, for about 6 months. i went from 176 to around 210! granted i was probabaly 15% after. but i couldnt believe it. my 4-5 month bulkers have been about 8-10lbs increase ever since. sucks.

    ok that does sound good indeed, finish cycle in 2 weeks and as soon as i can tie my shoes without getting winded, damn tren lol, i will do hiit every morning, but then the cycling carbs and shit im kinda foreing on that. I use to just drop carbs a little and none at night and lower meat fats but im still a lard ass haha

    hit drol at 75 a day for 2 weeks it was nice, but next time i do it will be 150 for 4 weeks but wanting to try halo
