    100mg test e / week

    id depend on cardio for the "lean" part
    and up the calories for the "bulker" part

    I kicked bank chick out around 9:30 on Sunday morning
    I got up and walked to the bathroom cause I was feeling naucious...thought I might throw up
    Then I realized I needed to throw up out of my ass.
    Didn't want her there for that show. Told her I felt sick and she should leave
