Throw in some steak or meat, cottage cheese, casein or do meat and cottage cheese, get your weight up. Weight gainers just need to be thrown out

Its up to you then I'd say lean protein I'm not to sure on absorption of a weight gainer I assume like a protein shake since its liquid. Time release son, its better at night

option #1- 32 gram protein shake in 2% milk consisting of whey isolate, casein, and egg proteins. roughly 250 calories.
option #2- weight gainer consisting of 100 carbs and 50 grams of whey and casein protein. roughly 620 calories.
