    No read what i wrote, I've always understood that simple carbs before bad are a bad idea due to the fact your metabolism is slowed down and so is your insulin sensitivity. But I'm ready to see some studies to say there is no difference b/w carb sources at night or the reason why simple carbs should be used at all. If you want a true insulin spike get some insulin

    who wants an insulin spike? i personally believe there is never a need for one. even post workout. but thats probably because im smarter than most.

    Yes sure, I haven't researched too much into IGF-1 to throughly at all, just heard differences of opinion I guess. Some say it works, then I've heard from somewhere that its a waste

    If you were going to go with GH fuzz would you do a lighter dose like 4-6 iu your first time out or into the main muscle growing doses like 8-12 iu??

    dont know a ton about GH but i know someone our age needs alot more to get the same benefit as someone in there 40s taking a smaller dose.

    Yeah but I'm taking later on I guess when the time nears I will delve into the studies. Right now I gotta do my first cycle.

    My dream getting ready for nationals cycle, if the IGF-1 works of course.

    1-20 500mg test ed
    1-10 npp 50-75mg ed
    10-20 75 mg tren a ed
    1-20 8 iu's of HGH M-F
    10mcg of IGF-1 everytime after working out. I'd have to be up to 270 after that cycle that'll be like my 8-10 cycle probably
