after psych chicks house last night I stopped and got wendy's on the way home cause it was 11pm. Roads were bad last night too. I was going down a steep hill with a stone wall coming up on the outside of a turn. car just kept picking up speed with 100% braking. somehow it turned the corner though

for 2 more weeks then im doing 4 weeks pct and prob stay off 6weeks and do it again, this shit is insane

if so, id mix 10g of creatine and 10g of BCAA's. drink half of it before myworkout, and half of it after.
