    heck yeah. thats amazing progress. i know it slows as you go. and it does get harder. funny thing is i really dont plateau in my lifts often. but i think it has to do with my diet manipulation at times. because when i do plateau, it isnt my power its strictly stamina. so when i play with carbs to hold them steady or to cycle them lower on days, my body doesnt cope well. so i am constantly having to increase them, but then that leads to a little fat gain. so its either strength or looks. and im fine with looks

    I primed myself for this last cycle the calipers tested me at 7.5% about 4-5 weeks ago I don't know how accurate that was but I was getting leaner lost a bit of strength... it depends on how you go about it I'd say... whether you ease into it or just drop in deep waters aka keto diet.....ask nova he is the man on the subject

    well mine arent cycled cuts. so i take them slow. at first i dont change my diet at all, i just introduce morning cardio every morning and go for a month like that. i always see results. then i will add 15-20 minutes of PWO cardio to my workouts (which are 4 times a week) and i will run a few sprint routines at my liking.

    if i still am not where i hoped to be. i will then tweak my diet, but it is always the last thing i do. and when i say tweak, i mean lower carbs one day and then back to the same for two days. very minimal with my carb cycling, because i am very hard on myself in the gym, and with all the cardio, it is necessary that i keep them high; works for me.

    usually 8ish weeks and i can get down below 8% where i usually sit at 10-12%

    sounds like my kinda deal right there, cardio doesnt bother me near as much as changing my diet. Im big and need my carbs or i feel like shit and get in a bad mood.

    I had planed on doing a lot of cardio this cycle but first time with tren and well there was no option on doing any type of cardio. I get out of breath walking up a couple flights of stairs
