i agree. i wouldnt do cardio again so soon. if possible do the early morn cardio and then do it again in the afternoon. but not a few hours later. to taxing on the body. not enough time for your glycogen to replenish from the first cardio and also the workout. yes you dont want glycogen in your body for cardio but doing cardio again so soon will just burn more muscle then im sure you want

Will doing cardio while bulking, reduce my gains?.
I don't wanna do cardio for cutting reasons (yet) but more for gaining some aerobic resistance. LIke 2 days a week, for example, 45 mins of treadmill or running on the park.

if your only doing it that often... it shouldnt affect muscle gains. when do you plan on doing and what is your diet like before the cardio.
i would make sure to take a good dose of BCAA's before the cardio. it will help prevent your muscles from being used and that way you can strengthen your heart like you want to

I'd say always keep up with a variety of cardio, and just eat more. It will make it much easier to keep the bf down without long phazes.
