    No not really why would I want to speed up my metabolism when its already lighting fast. I am probably going to one of those guys that can eat shit weeks before my contest and still come in dry and hard

    ya increase protein synthesis and allows you to better assimilate nutrients. also may help keep some fat off you. im talkin like 25mcg. i promise you with a good diet it is beneficial to bulking.

    i just pondered did a search and came up with if your someone who stays lean and not much bloat that it would actually hinder gains as I probably couldn't afford all the protein. Who is the noob now??
