    i have future plans. i going for a "normal fit guy look".
    i want 70kg or 75kg (i dont think i cant get futher Natty) lean (9%bf) maintain that and thats all.
    Just have decent amount of muscle, do cardio for health purposes, get gyno surgery and finish my arms and back and chest tats :P just like a "normal" dude.

    I googled Frank Zane's stats. It said he was 5'9" and his competition weight was 180lbs. Why do you think you couldn't achieve similar height to weight? Granted 180 competition weight probably means more like 200 in normal life, but still.

    i'd sign now for 5,7 180lbs 9%bf. Its hard though i have a hard time gaining muscle. unless this new routine work awesome and i start growing like weed, i should focus on being leanner other than bigger.

    did the most killer WO ever. with super light weights. superslow cadence. feelt super pumped, joints didn't hurt at all, and just did a total of 9 supersets for delts, chest and tris
