AHHHH thanks for the welcome guys. Whats been up!!!

Slin going pretty well. I like it. Cutting/carb cycling as of yesterday so I gotta be extra careful not to slip into hypo. But I got my diet pretty damn detail right now. I rotate carbs and protein. Protein 1.55 g per lb on no carb days, 1.3 per lb on low carb days, and 1.15 per lb on high carbs day. Fats stay same, and carbs go from high/low/no. Cals are around 2800 to cut

Just priming my self for the next cycle. Got a fat burner for the first two weeks then clen for the last two weeks. Weights is 4 times a week, Cardio 6 x a week only on off days. Which is 2 30 minute seshs a day

Yep. Later this year I'll be moving down south. This weekend I think I'll go down and get a hotel and look around. I said yes, but I've never even been there. The two times I visited that area I was in the water with the otters. Never saw much of the town.
