I skipped a few days last week but was in the gym last night. Cardio has been very limited. For one I'm on tren . Secondly I started smoking cigs on the regular for a couple weeks and didn't feel like doing cardio. I cut that back out. I still got a long way to go on this cycle. I'm hoping for something special.

I think it's 10 pounds of water though that's making me feel fat. I always lean out coming off tren so I'm not gonna stress too much.

if you have kids women tend to go crazy after child birth and they stay crazy until metapause at which time they get even crazier. Not to mention women are slightly crazy to begin with.
