because they pay like 1000€/moths i find it insulting.
But there are many jobs i'd like to do, shooting teacher, painter, tattoo artist, PT etc.
But the only one of those i've got a naturally given gift is shooting, anything. 44mm, long distance, archery. im just good at it for no reason. I dont even practice until the day of the event. If i could i'd slay.

has nothing to do with worshipping. ex-military make for great employees. They're on time, diciplined hard workers, who are usually very focused in their job. The military training gives a lot of dicipline.
Take me for example, I do as little as possible and dodge my boss and show up late frequently.

nah, I'm not joking, something must be wrong with your squatting form. Squatting will actually stabilize your knee over time.
extensions work great for rehab pourposes but it isn't a natural motion that you use any time other than sitting in the leg extension machine. When was the last time you lifted something with your foot sitting down? it does little to improve function, and in some cases have insinuated that such strengthening is actually detrimental to motor performance.
the exercise imposes too much stress on the connective tissues of the knee joint, and induces an intolerable level of compressive loading on the patella. There are concerns over joint laxity, ACL damage, and the potential onset of patellofemoral joint pain when it comes to going heavy on leg extensions.
They're fine to warm up with and lighter weight exercises. Squats are king of the leg exercises.
