    So I man handled the 130lb dumbbells on the 30 degree incline today..... full control on the way down and a pause at the bottom and power up for 9 PERFECT reps

    then did the 150's x5

    Thanks nothing like your accomplishment but I just loved how well I was able to perform my reps with the 130s and a slight pause at the bottom for me when like 4 years ago I couldn't even do the 55's... Sorry didn't been to boast.... I'm just really really excited about it

    very nice, most i've ever pulled from the floor was 495, it was my 6th set and the previous ones were 405 for 8-10 so i decided to just try it, this was several months ago though

    Sup chode I think I'm gonna bump but doses up... been doing reading on devldogs post and he ran 2500mgs of test 600mg of deca and 150mg of drol to get to 280.... My strength gains have been great but its about muscle gains for me

    yeah though I have cycled before whether I like to think it or not... The 3 superdrol cycles were steroids just wasn't test.... I mean for real though the superdrol/max lmg cycle this past summer felt stronger imo then my test/dbol cycle which most consider my first cycle.... I'd say this cycle is about equal to the superdrol/max lmg the way I'm feeling and lifting.... I have been shut down about 4 times prior so I know about PCT and everything

    Superdrol is some wicked wicked shit.... superdrol >>>>>dbol
