depends how many sets you do per exercise and what you are trying to accomplish, i only did 6 sets of triceps yesterday after my chest workout, but all 6 focused on my long head(which is lagging), then when i go back and do triceps/shoulders i'll do a full workout, kinda like doggcrapp method
you shouldn't fail on every set, it increases cortisol production
same here, or i'll do two normal sets, a double drop set, then finish with a pump set

i knew you werent supposed to go to failure on each set. im somewhere around 5-6 exercises for back and legs. 4-5 for chest and shoulders and 3-4 exercises for bis and tris. each exercise is 3 sets. usually takes me about an hour.
i like to hit each head is part why i do so much. for example front and middle delts a few exercises and a few for rear delts.

You do multiple exercises per head? I always found this works great for my shoulders...
Dumbell press 3 sets
Standing laterals 3 sets
Bent over laterals 3 sets
Upright row or smith machine press 3 sets
