Whats he doing? I used to pick up the 'ol yellow pages and handed my wallet to them when they walked into the door. I wised up and called some inusrance companies and asked them to recommend a good plumber that does claims for them. Insurance companies always find the good, cheap, bastards. Its worked out great and I use the guy a lot.

furnace shit the bed, he is the guy who put it in 3 years ago when I bought the house. I had an ice cold shower this morning. He sold me on the premium funace, nice efficent system only it doesn't work.
