Out here there are guys a dime a dozen that are known as heating & cooling guys. They do furnaces, water heaters, central air, swamp coolers, exhaust, anything that involves air or water beeing cooled heated or moved. A plumber would think you where crazy to call him for a furnace.

yesterday at the gym my calf cramped while doing hamstring curls. It totally locked my foor in place, I had to stretch it to bring back movement. I could not even have sex with my wife last night my feet and hamstring where cramping so bad. I am getting plenty of potasium, is it lack of water? Or is it that it was a zero carb day?

I have been doing around this
300-350g protein
150-200 carbs
+/-30 g fat
then I eat 2 fruit and 2 vegatables per day
now that I started my tren I am throwing in days of zero or 100g carbs.
Webb. You have a really good job. My brother in law wants me to work the oil rigs here, but its 2 weeks on 2 weeks of and most work days are about 15 hours

I just feel safer since tren does a great job of thwarting muscle loss in very low calorie diets.
