    all pretty good.....i trained at metroflex for a week, that was awesome....nothing like getting to workout around 3 IFBB pros now though i've got some joint pain in my elbows and arms in general, really annoying couldn't even get all my 18 sets of triceps yesterday. The bronco lives.....put new spark plug wires on and it seems to be runnning alright now......and dad threatened to paint it
