I got in someone's car the other day and put my phone and keys in what I thought was the cup-holder. It was a full cup of coffee. I didn't realize my mystake until 20min later. My phone didn't work for that day, but it came back to life the next day.

I am down to 260-262, I thought for sure I would be leaner at this weight. I guess I am doing good though. Started my tren 2 days ago. Damn near died trying to frontload my first 500mg shot.

week one I lost 8 lbs 285-8=277
week 2-10 lost 15 lbs 277-15=262
so exactly 2 pounds per week after the initial drop

No cough, but I dont know if its just in my head but I allready am feeling stronger. Maybe just a mental thing because I know its in me. I was doing close grip bench for tries yesterday at 275 for 10 reps.

My 1st shot of two frontloading tren
I am frontloading my tren, so I am going to shoot 2.5cc into my quad. Well I go to my small box of needles, and there is only 2 left. The rest are on the top shelf in my laundry room. So I think two should be enough, its been a good year since I have messed up a shot. So I grab all the supplies, get the needle loaded, and then go to swab the injection site. Well I only have these little small cotton balls, not the jumbo one I usually use. I swab the site but it is just drownding in alchohal. I puch the needle in and damn, I hit a nerve once its in all the way. I pull out halfway because I have not got another needle, push back in and hit the nerve again. So I say screw it im going for it. I aspirate and start to plunge. Well I get about .5 cc in and my leg is burning hard core, probably from the alchohal. Also every few seconds my leg will twitch from the nerve. So I pull out, totally in pain, and blood and gear shoots out everywhere. I go fetch another needle, jab my ass, and must have nicked a vein or something, cou***ng, wheezing, it hurt to breath, my head was spinning. All in all a crapy experiance.

really...my strenght is the same unless i am getting ready for a show, then it dissapears, but now when i am going for shape and size it is there....
