    imo (not like u care) you lose to much muscle on carb free diets. atleast add in some green veggies.

    id take in carbs for breakfast and pwo atleast. add in green veggies where every u want. they will also help u keep full. also u need some efa's couple serving of natty peanut butter and fish oil.

    had blood work donr before and i am perfect, all liver and kidney values are good....so i will go with a few days left in my cycle and see what they are...i know its workin so i ant wait to see what they say...
