Reason For Banning!!!

No doubt after leaving bodybuilding and getting into strongman again I am sickened looking back. There are so many more shady people, arrogant pricks, back biters and haters in the sport of bodybuilding. In strongman I am dumbfounded by how supportive every one is of each other. We will see if that changes as the sport grows though.

The strongman community of today reminds me of the old-school bodybuilding community that the old-timers talk about all the time.

I hope it remains as it is... It would be a shame to lose that.

Its not for joining "just another board." Its a board that is now in direct competition with AR. So make your choice here for there, its that simple.

The choice is here, but it is "just another board", why would anybody be afraid and show weakness about direct competition. Banning people that join there might just give them credibility. I have found that on the internet, honor and disrespect are irrelevant.

its like 1 big rat pack from what i have been seeing lately and that whole go to that board and your banned proved it then on top of that you have people sayin well you cant come to my board, what a fukin joke, i own my own biz i have a website to sell my services and so people can learn from it, not say if you look at my competitions site you cant come back, people come to steriod .com to learn cause its the 1st site anyone in this world would type in and what to find a bunch of people bullying you around

the noobs need to learn how to research themselves, there is no rat pack who bullies people, we dish out the facts in a blunt manner, if a noob is offended then so be it.

listen for one last time bro. i am a member at so many differebt boards that i lost count and b is fine with that. you just can not join the board that a-rob is on because all they do is tear up this board and make fun of innocent people. how would you like it if a-rob posted a pic of your mom and drew a mostach on her with the words "owned" under it? well i would swell both his eyes shut every week for the rest of his life. as for this board losing members, i personally brought 2 mods and many experianced members over herein the last week or so. i just had admin take a ban off a mod from vip named italianmuscle27 and he is an asset to any board he posts on.

I've been here long enough to know that this place will survive and be just fine. I have seen many of the best and brightest members get banned or leave and it had always caused an uproar for few days but at the end of it all no one really cares. Remember when swole went on to do his own thing? People were upset about that but we all got over it and I'm sure we will do the same again.

I do have to say that this time it seems a little personal and I think it is starting to get very negative on both sides of this battle. I also have to comment on members being asked to leave because they have signed up and have handles on a competitors site. What exactly is the competition? Is the competition over the free exchange of ideas of is it over the all mighty dollar at the end of the day?

I have to disagree with you from a personal standpoint. I have been here day after day, spending countless hours trying to help the noobs. Sure I'm sarcastic at times (ok most of the time), sure I tell them to read the rules when they break them, but I feel that I contribute on a regular basis. I carry a pocket pc, when I'm at the gym I'm answering posts between sets, when I'm at work I'm answering posts between meetings, etc. I try to separate myself to an extent from the behind the scene politics, I'm here because I want to be and I support this site. I truly don't understand the people that complain about the site then complain if they get banned. As I have said before, if you are happy here, stay here. If you are not happy here, go elsewhere.
