I agree, Einstein was one smart dude, but according to the theory he was still gay.
ahaha I was joking too though, its more of one of those things you throw out just to see how people react.
And you became defensive.. which means you obviously are.. well.. a man who likes other.. umm .. women, yeh.

I do it all for the kids.
Can you imagine 100 years from now when I'm in a childs science book, the teachers turns to a picture of my face and says,
"now children, this is the brilliant man who discovered that everyone in this world is gay... yes, even your daddy"
Almost brings a tear to me eye.
Almost as important as when we figured out the world wasn't flat.

What I wonder is why we dont have unmanned drones (aircraft) with heat seeking (cant think of the word for it) thay fly up and down the border? the things are very cheap to build, very cheap to operate, and would be very effective?

I've disagreeed with you before but here you are spot on! Excellent post!
It all boils down to our govt. seemingly having it's hands tied on this issue by the liberal media and liberal policy makers.
Now that the election is over this subject will drop farther and farther off the radar unfortunately.

I am going to say I love this country, but hate it democratic views when it comes to illegals and other things..

i read the whole thread and didn't find anywhere else that you said those people you know that were illegal are now legal. All you said was "I know so many great people who are not citizens" so they are illegal. You didn't follow up with "and now they are legal citizens".

we do pay for it. Just because they aren't paid in higher wages doesn't mean we don't fork it out in tax dollars when they go to the ER for a cough and get a 1200$ bill they don't pay.
People never think of all the indirect costs to the American public. What about the government housing that you and I pay taxes for? Does that not cost us money?

Yeah without reading anyone elses responses cuz im a lazy ass, look up estoppel in the dictionary. Thats what happened.
-
Estoppel is a legal doctrine of common law that has many individual rules but that generally means that any person arguing a legal position to the court should not have behaved unfairly in the matter. Estoppel complements the requirement of consideration in contract law.[citation needed] In general estoppel protects a party who would suffer detriment if each following test is met:
* A second party has done or said something to induce an expectation.
* The first party relied (reasonably) on the expectation ...
* ... and would suffer detriment if that expectation were not met.
Also, unconscionability by the second party has been accepted by courts as another element sufficient to estop such second party.
Estoppel is a defense that prevents a representor from enforcing legal rights, or from relying on a set of facts that would give rise to enforceable rights (e.g. words said or actions performed), generally only if that enforcement or reliance would be unfair to the representee.[clarification needed] Because its effect is to defeat generally enforceable legal rights, the scope of the remedy is often limited. Note, however, that proprietary estoppel (applicable in English land law) can be both a sword and a shield and the scope of its remedy is wide.
For an example of estoppel, consider the case of a debtor and a creditor. The creditor might unofficially inform the debtor that the creditor forgives the debt. Even if such forgiveness is not formally documented, the creditor may be estopped from changing its mind and seeking to collect the debt, because that change would be unfair. In the same way, a landlord might inform a tenant that rent has been reduced, for example, if there was construction or a lapse in utility services. If the tenant relies on this notice, the landlord could be estopped from collecting the full rent.

Sorry lol. It's not over until it's over, is what I should have said. All campaigns are uplifting, it's the nature of them. The responsibility of leadership doesn't end with a single campaign, and Obama hasn't even reached office yet... I for one am going to hold a positive outlook, regardless of the truths you've mentioned, and I believe this is the only way to be triumphant.

yes i saw it on jeopardy. Heres how its relevant: the fact he was an illegal alien, was known, or could have been known with proper background check. Inaction on behalf of the state in this regard, i.e. not deporting him, creates an estoppel to the claim that he has no rights as a citizen. Its predominantly used in contract law, but broad enough to be used in many situations. I suspect the problem is you didnt realize I meant the estoppel has nothing to do with the potential outcome of the murder case. I was only suggesting this is why he is allowed rights as a citizen. Please grow up and show some respect. I dont like trash talk much. I hope that makes sense.
Lets take a look at my transcripts and see if I'm just bullshitting:

You lot are like a bunch of fvcking kids
You are all Immigrants, illegal or other wise! unless of course you are of the 2% of native Americans.
Spout legislation and make up words to suit your policies but at the end of the day all your policies do is aid to stop honest people becoming citizens of the USA.
If a decent ordinary person from the western world cant enter the US let alone become a citizen what hope does a under educated person for a 3rd world country have!
You have made your bed and now you got to lay on it, so quit fvcking moaning and get on with your life!
