i run a couple website, not related to steroids in any way, more related to youth support.

Any way, i believe a good moderator or staff member is some one who can act in a responsible and unbiast way when needed.

the problem is, its hard to find moderators that are unbiast in certain aspects, but i do believe that alot of the moderators on her are very fair, infact ive never really seen a moderator abuse his or her powers on here.

I'm yet to find myself any responsible moderators like the staff on here for my board.

Well I do think the new system is better than the old system. And Kale is right, it did show some peoples true colours when their powers were taking away, they jumped ship. To me the new system just weeded out the ego-maniacs. It's interesting when people in "power" on a site are challenged, and shown they are not above the law and not beyond a suspension or banning. They seem to also vanish afterwards...

It all boils down to opinion, but I still think this place is heads and shoulders above most other sites in terms of how it is run and policed.

Well, I never actually put down my philosophy, more or less like this.

1) Have friendly discussion, don't flame each other or the thread will get locked or posts will get deleted.

2) Keep a thread relevant, op controls it more or less. If you want to discuss something put it in lounge or create your own thread.

3) Use search function (but that seems to be too difficult of a task for most)

4) Don't ask unbeleivably stupid Q's (will flexing after exercise hurt my muscles, etc)

5) Trolling, banned

6) Spamminng, banned

7) Start a new thread and dont resurrect threads from 5 months ago to ask a question

Seeing that I was on staff, and you were not... i really think you should defer.

All you're perpetuating is your opinion... not fact.

A number of the guys still here know better... particularly w/ regard to what actually happened.
