yeah, but they way it works is the membership is linked to your bank account or credit card. Fat people sign up, go a few times but keep paying for years. It's briliant I tell ya. They can have tons of members and nobody ever goes.

I don't think so because all the dudes would throw the weights on the ground in an act of jealousy because the chicks would molest the guy with the wolf shirt on in a heart beat. I also think just walking by the lunar alarm in a wolf shirt would automatically trigger it. LOL

That's just crazy. But i bet there are some hot ass women in there. Hell, if it's so cheap, just go in there to do some cardio and pick up some broads while your there. Then lift at your other(real) gym.

There's actually an interview with Branch Warren in the new Muscular Development where he talks about the worst gym he's ever been to. Guess where it was... Planet Fitness.
He even talked about the grunt alarm going off during the middle of his set.
What a load of ****. Why would anyone go there?

I checked out a Club Fitness and they were almost as bad. They had a no deadlifting rule, and when I went to do a set of low rows I couldn't find enough 45p plates in the entire weight room to do a set with.
So I drive the extra ten minutes to go to a Powerhouse where you don't have to worry about that shit.

This is a growing trend, just look what the new owners of Gold's Gym have done with their web site.

No buff guys there. Won't be long before they get rid of the logo too.
