    There is this one dude @ my gym, he has been there longer than me, probably 5 years. Everytime i see this guy, he is working really hard and sweating like a pig. A+ for effort, he is always doing high impact cardio or eliptical or treadmill or lots of reps light weight. He works Hard! He has the biggest fattest gut , its gross. He must take french fries and a big mac for his PWO meal, he must eat like a PIG. He hasnt lost any wieght in the 2 years I have been at this gym. This is one of the ways I learned how come diet is so important! it doesnt matter what you do if you dont eat properly!

    well unless you got a photographic memory, you will forget at some point.

    I kept logs when I competed 10 years ago, its not only good to make sure you are progressing in the right direction, it is also cool to look back at what I did 10 years ago and my measurements, and compare them to what I am today

    I don't however log my progress now as I feel I am past that , kinda like ROCKY in Rocky 5 or 6 when he didn't need a trainer anymore

    when you wear flip flops to the gym..

    when your squat rom is approx. 2-3 inches..

    when your bicep curling routine lasts the whole time i am at the gym..

    when you sit down on a HS press machine and can't do the 3 plates that someone left on there, so you get up and walk away hoping no one is watching instead of taking some weight off..
