If you come up to me at work and say something to the effect of , "Yeah I worked out twice this week I can already see my chest and arms are bigger." Then it's safe to assume....you are in fact not a bodybuilder.
When you talk about how you got big off eating fried chicken I would be willing to be you are not a bodybuilder.

I know, I disagree as well.
I have always said that anyone that lifts weight in the pursuit to change their body and alter/improve their physique is a bodybuilder.
I told him such, and to, well, do his homework. Of course, computers are the CB radios of the 21st century.....people pretty much get up to anything as long as there is a barrier between them..in this case the Internet.
In any case, call me bodybuilder, powerlifter, etc etc.....beats being the skinny kid I was!
Max lifts, JBM!

Well now I used to be that guy. I would drive an hour to the gym at 4 AM workout from 5 to 6:30, and go straight to work, the office was 5 minutes from the gym which is why I used it. I had to do it all at the gym. A man has to do what a man has to do. There was not a decent gym in my town at the time. Now there is only a decent gym.
