    havnt had my heart rate checked, its a lil higher than normal, i take it 1st thing in the morning and it lasts till late at night, shakes arnt toooo bad, but still fairly noticeable
    i start feeling the effects with in 30 mins of taking it

    try splitting it up 6-8hrs apart.....

    clen for me - i would feel it, but the effect faded fast. i found splitting it up kept me rolling all day.

    this isn't ernst btw. i shook pretty much the whole time i was using clen . probably worth it to google how to take your heart rate because it can be a useful piece of info. It sounds like your dose is ok. I took my dose and split it up so i could judge how i was feeling before adding more that way the side effects never got too overwhelming. i tend to be on the cautious side though.

    Damn I love Terry crews, yeah I'll keep my dose the same for a few more days if I'm still the same I'll lower it to 20mg, I maybe very sensitive to clen , which could be good :-) clen less expensive for me!
