    look into a reverse hyper, heals your spine and works the entire lowerback at the same time, yeah stop doin lat pulls and do rows, dumbell barbell tbar chest supported change it up do 5 or 6 sets and light deads until your backs better

    tbar is what i added in that i think is filling out my lats. but i hurt my back with a dumbbell row lol its like middle back left side of my spine
