Well here is the thing. I still come off and when I do I only maintain around 230-235 at 10-12% when I started the prep. That was last year. I did one bulk cycle and it shot me up from 225/230-251.3 in less than 6 weeks. Mostly water retention from the dbol as I become a beached whale that needs help back in the ocean.
I tend to do a grow to the show kinda deal. Not that hard. start far enough out, get lean and carb sensitive, eat/grow/cardio /add tren , maintain/get better conditioning; then ripped as fvck. Well thats how it went last year for my first show in June that I won. Plan to do the same thing next as I think it went swell. lol
Right now I'm off again just chilling. Workouts 3x a week and detoxing the body with my protein intake only about 200grams and me about 220-225 at around 8% I would say, still got a vein or two in the abs. Trying to be smart as possible and be around for a while

I do great at 1st with maintaining as I pack in the food. Once i've been eating that way for too long tho..... my stomach pulls a 180 and it just doesn't allow me to eat. I constantly feel sick..... and in turn my weight drops to 225.....
It pisses me off because I suffer from gorging myself and I pack the weight on and see changes and then once I can't eat anymore..... it's gone. Tried the TRT route and it DEFINATELY helps..... what a difference. I still wanna have kids tho LMAO so........

I ran a 14 week cycle and then dropped to 250mg's for a month. Then went up to 500 for a few weeks but it wasn't necessary. I definately maintained on 250 tho.
I'm kind of in an "experimental" phase right now - seeing whats working and whats not. No recent blood work because I had health insurance issues. I finally got it back and i'm due to get some done soon.

I was considering at starting at around 150mgs the first time I do so and bump up as I go along through the years, don't wanna be cruising at 1000mgs. I cruised for 4 weeks after my first season but decided to come off and thats when I disappeared for a while. Thank good for PCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and HCG ....

I should pull stories of countless guys going to the hospital having all sorts of order issues having heart monitors, stents, etc all under the age of 50 while pursuing bodybuilder before even being a pro. Maybe if I make it pro I'll get whacky if I'm on track for some big wins or what not

yep..... I hear yah. Excluding other compounds..... my friend hasn't dropped below 750mg's of test in about 11 months. He cycles other things on an off but never gets off test.
The guys he trains with are either going for their pro card or are ex pros/amateurs and have him convinced to go balls to the wall if he's serious about wanting to go pro. I tried convincing him to get bloodwork yesterday and he was receptive at first and then started gettin a lil angry LOL

Yeah I know. I just got my shit done and I'm pretty much good to go again after 3 weeks post contest.

Go balls to the wall on training dieting, what gets you big ya know. I mean how much further can he push the drugs. How will get get to the olympia if he hasn't turned pro yet and already literally slowly killing himself. ya know.
Dante works with a bunch of top pros (invented DC training) Says there is a top olympian that cruises on 400mgs of test and low dose GH throughout the year then does the grow to the show and hits the gas.
To me at least growing into show shape seems to be a smarter approach, 20 weeks of gradually increasing your dose, then 32 weeks of maintaining your health
