    He's made most of his progress from aas alone. Ofcoarse he eats and trains properly..... but just on the drug side of things..... it's been aas. He just started HGH this year along with insulin . His GH he keeps at 5iu's and you know his insulin regiment.....

    He doesn't know much about peptides..... only what they tell him. I don't think he's going to mess with much of that stuff for a little while.

    So, after 7 and a half months of jail and 4 and a half months on tag im finally free. Tomorrow night Manchester city centre is going to rock cus im out and im going to get fvckin recked. Ive not touched a drop of alcohol for 12 months, should be fun...
