    yea im sure its not helping. i need to get some of my speed back and be a little more fluid in my movements. just rusty.
    good thing a couple guys i have rolled with i can just over power so i make up for some mistakes.

    then you will be surprised how quick it comes back

    whats your rom like for your hamstrings? i was shocked how tight mine have gotten so quickly

    im having to stretch them 3x's a day now to get it back asap

    yea mine are tight also. i use a vibration trainer to stretch on. it makes a huge difference

    It's dry so should be ok I used some good gear to clean it so kinda stops a good bit of the dirt off the ar hopefully lol.

    Killer strength workout, not on any gear or gh at the moment so this was huge for me.

    Warmed up for 15min on elliptical
    1 set of 15 pushups
    then to the heavy stuff
    Incline Bench 205X8, 225X6 225X5 225X5
    Flat Bench 225X8 235X7 240X5 240X5
    Then messed around with shrugs and cable crossovers and tri extensions
    main thing was the chest workout and the weight

    I just started to gain strength with those. I put up 115 on wed. Main thing that limits me in my shoulder pain.I figured out a new way to lift it so I should start going up on the weight soon as well

    Strange for me right now, I can lift more with dumbbell. Yesterday I was messing around with 70's on shoulder press
    I see more size gains from barbell chest and bb military press
