    dropped clen last night.. thank god.. my workouts have been shit for 2 weeks.. F'n clen..

    It was fukkin hot this weekend.

    90 in my apartment all day sat. It went down to 86 by bed time. lol

    Bought a new sound system for the TV though.

    Sounds incredible.

    Early bday present to myself.

    Well the AC in the living room is old and just cant keep up.

    So the living room, kitchen and bathroom were 90.

    My bedroom AC works great. Nice cool 55 degrees in there. lol



    And I got a philips sound bar with subwoofer for the tv. My living room is like 8x10 so I dont need anything huge or like 10 speakers.

    hahaha 55 degrees.. that's like a fvckin icebox.. those electricity bills gotta be through the roof..

    Nice sound setup. My dad's got a Phillips sound bar setup, not sure on the model.. saw it when I went to visit. That thing was damn impressive for not being very big. It was much louder than I had expected n the sound quality was damn good.

    You should put that sub under or inside your couch.. girls love a little vibration to get em in the mood.

    how long should one run this for? my rotator cuffs are shot to shit from falling with my arms out, drunk bumps! a physical therapist thinks that my muscles are stretched/elongated, causing my rotator cuff to become unstable which i can feel. it feels like my humerous bone is just crunching around in there!
