That was it.
It goes systematic so shooting before tanning allows for the melatonin produced to be used.
If its shot and you dont go tanning... that leads to the darker moles and such due to melatonin being produced and not used. So it builds up where it already built up... moles and freckles.

I was dark within 3 weeks after tanning 3-4 times a week.

I eat grilled chicken breast and brown rice 2 times a day every day. Hot sauce is my friend. I am currently using Louisiana Crystal.
When I get tired I plan to just change the hot sauce. Also use sugar free jam like cranberry sauce with the chicken.
