Last night something happened to me and I couldnt stop eating. For dinner I had a ribeye steak, asparagus and green beans with a baked sweet potato. 20 minutes later I was STARVING, so I made 2 chicken/spinach/cheese/sour cream tacos with ezekiel tortilla's. 20 minutes later im hungry again. 2 giant tablespoons of almond butter. And then Cottage cheese with fruit.

I went to bed hungry and angry at myself.

Having the same issues, kinda crazy man. Could it be I ate like shit yesterday?? I went to Alabama football game, and the food choices aren't exactly heathy.

maybe. I usually feel crappy the day after my cheat meal. Mostly guilt tho. But yeah... ball park food is some of the nastiest out there. For me at least

I only ate 2 hotdogs at the stadium.

Before that pretty good, after game we ate Chinese food.
