    Im doing 2 CC per week SubQ. 4 pins in belly fat, 1/2 cc each. Not bad at all. Looking forward to bloodwork, might need to lower my AI dose

    That sucks is it better now?

    Tummy ended up being better so went ahead with the front load but now I have that Test Flu crap feeling again.. I can't win!

    I had some binge day today. Started off with scrambled eggs with sausages and then dinner was 2 fillet steak some potatoes and then went to a buddies restaurant had ribs and beef Kung po and a coffee im full.

    eating chicken and avocados for the rest of the day is gonna piss me off lol

    lol i used to make a stack ( 5 ) of pancakes and then layer jam in between each pancake and on top a BIG scoop of ice cream and some strawberries and then drizzle honey over :P

    Cuttiing is full on.. I'm doing a lean bulk I'll do a full cut next summer, still need more mass!

    lol every time i go just for cardio, i always end up lifting weights, just cant help it..

    When I cut I do extremely intense weight lifting sessions.. For example, antagonistic training. Check and Back, Delts and Arms, Quads and Hams, Rest and Repeat. Everything is a superset, works really well!

    my last cut i did this, basically supersetted/drop set everything, lost a lot of fat but also decreased in strength, which makes me believe i lost muscle aswell??

    so this time i haven't changed my routine, still pushing the same weights, just added more cardio, and trying to cut down on food...

    might get back on the clen
