Well since it was first time in over 2 months I worked them I took it easy.
I work hams first. Gives me a solid pump to bolster my quads when I work them.
Did ham curls. 2 warm ups. 3 work sets. Last set is a drop set.
Then leg extensions. I only do 90 degrees of motion on these so as to not put undesirable tension my knees.
2 warms ups. 3 work sets.
I do some back extensions to get my back warmed up for squats. Since I have 2 bulged discs I have to be careful.
Then squats.
2 warms up to get a feel for the form then 3 works sets.
Adding weight each set.
Hit 15-20 reps for all leg exercises.
Thats all I did.
Ill add in more volume as I get back into lifting harder. Leg press and hack squats will be after squats.

Yea, really started in march as a diet log. Then when I started cycle just kept the log going. So far really good and I believe I am just getting to the good part.

That looks good dude, sure you will feel it tomorrow after 2 months.
I usually warm up on elliptical for 10 mins and go right into squat warmups. I was actually thinking of doing some extensions first today to warm up. Maybe I'll do some leg curls as well before hitting the squat rack.
